Congresswoman Harshbarger joined Congressman Andy Biggs and 21 of their House colleagues to send a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra demanding that their departments cease transporting illegal alien minors across state lines to receive abortions.
