If you would like to order a U.S. flag from our office, please use the flag order form to calculate the price and shipping costs.

Flags are available in different sizes and fabrics. All flag purchases include a dedication message, which may be customized for the recipient. You may choose to have your new flag flown over the U.S. Capitol for an additional charge. Flags flown over the Capitol include a certificate, which may be personalized for a particular person, event, or organization.

Upon completing this form, you will then have the option to either pay online via bank account e-check or credit card orpay by mailing our office a check. If you choose to pay with a card or e-check, you will be directed to to input your information and complete the transaction.

If you choose to pay by check, please make the check out to: “Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger’s Office Supply Account”. While your flag request was submitted electronically, you will need to separately mail your check to complete your request. Mail check payments to our Washington, DC, office at:

Once your order has been submitted, please allow two weeks for processing, but on occasion orders can be expedited. In those instances, please contact my office.


Most outdoor flags can be washed in mild detergent and thoroughly rinsed. Indoor and parade flags should be dry-cleaned. Damaged flags can be repaired and used as long as the overall dimensions are not noticeably altered. American Legion Posts and local governments often have facilities to dispose of unserviceable flags. Store your flag in a clean, well ventilated area.
