Rep. Harshbarger Announces 2026 Congressional Art Competition

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Rep. Diana Harshbarger is excited to announce the details of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition. This longstanding competition gives high school students from across the nation the opportunity to display their original art in the halls of Congress.

The Congressional Art Competition is an opportunity for high school students in Tennessee's First Congressional District to have their artwork displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year. The winning artwork will be included in the exhibit, which will include artwork from all participating congressional districts across the country.

A team of local judges will be evaluating our district's entries. The deadline to register and submit artwork for the competition is Friday, April 3rd, at 3:00 PM.
