Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) has introduced the companion bill in the Senate.

Washington, D.C. — Yesterday, Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger (TN-01) reintroduced pro-life legislation that overturns Biden-era FDA policy, which allowed mifepristone, a potentially dangerous drug used for chemical abortions, to be prescribed without an in-person visit to a doctor, available via mail order. This bill will also prevent the federal government from putting a similar rule in place in the future.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Representatives Diana Harshbarger (R-Tenn.) and Jake Auchincloss (D-Mass.) introduced the Patients Before Monopolies (PBM) Act. This bipartisan, bicameral legislation will prohibit joint ownership of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and pharmacies, a gross conflict of interest that enables these companies to enrich themselves at the expense of patients and independent pharmacies.

Washington, D.C. - Monday, September 23, The United States House of Representatives passed Congresswoman Harshbarger's H.R. 5526, The Seniors’ Access to Critical Medications Act of 2024 which ensures that medicare seniors have access to the critical medications they need. This legislation restores pandemic-era flexibilities issued by the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) that allowed mail delivery of prescribed drugs to Medicare beneficiaries.
